Jeniffer Egas

Hello! I am Jeniffer Egas,

As a survivor of child sexual abuse, I can attest to the negative impact that childhood trauma can have in one’s life. I personally experienced that impact from the way I communicated with myself to the way I behave in my relationships throughout life. For many years I struggled with the idea that I was not enough and that I was guilty of the abuse. I also struggled with severe depression and a very low sense of self-esteem which led me to attract traumatic and toxic relationships. I went through a very deep and painful inner process that allowed me to re signify the experiences of abuse and look at myself again. From the moment I made the decision to heal the abuse, I became the owner of my voice and my light.

Currently, I am the director of Jeniffer Egas LLC Counseling & Coaching Services in Orlando-Florida. A teletherapy office from which I have been working with victims of abuse all around the world since 2018.
